Thursday 8pm (Intermediate Class - under approval)
Friday 9:30am
Saturday 7:30am
Saturday 2:30pm
Saturday 4pm (Intermediate Class - under approval)
But if you want to workout and get stronger we are doing a NEW CONDITIONING CLASS! Wednesdays 8:30 to 9:30am
